About the Role
Join our team as a Studio Sales Associate in our Chestnut Hill studio. You’ll help create a welcoming, customer-first experience by supporting piercing appointments and guiding shoppers with product recommendations. This role focuses on delivering the Rowan standard for cleanliness, safety, and an engaging brand experience—especially during weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, enthusiastic in-studio experience
- Assist with ear piercing customer interactions and support the team as needed
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Help bring the brand experience to life through knowledge of product and ear-stacking trends
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the studio environment
