Field Materials is an AI-driven procurement platform helping construction teams manage inventory, purchasing, and equipment rentals with less manual work. We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to help grow our pipeline and connect with prospects who need faster, more accurate procurement workflows.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads to identify decision-makers and key buying needs
- Reach out to potential customers through email, phone, and other channels
- Schedule and support sales meetings for the closing team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach messaging and targeting
Requirements
- Prior experience in SDR, inside sales, or lead generation (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects
- Ability to manage a high-volume outreach workflow and follow-through
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM usage
- Motivation to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
