Field Materials is an AI-driven procurement platform helping construction teams manage inventory, purchasing, and equipment rentals with less manual work. We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to help grow our pipeline and connect with prospects who need faster, more accurate procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads to identify decision-makers and key buying needs
  • Reach out to potential customers through email, phone, and other channels
  • Schedule and support sales meetings for the closing team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • Prior experience in SDR, inside sales, or lead generation (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects
  • Ability to manage a high-volume outreach workflow and follow-through
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM usage
  • Motivation to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
