About the Role
Join a fast-growing blockchain and cybersecurity organization as a Sales Director focused on banking and financial services. You’ll manage an enterprise account portfolio across the U.S., partnering with Sales Engineers and business stakeholders to win complex, high-value deals.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue performance by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive new business and expansion by selling multiple product lines to banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions
- Collaborate with internal teams including BDRs, Business Solutions, and the broader GTM organization
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to support long-term pipeline growth
- Lead prospecting, territory planning, and account strategy to convert opportunities into closed-won deals
- Maintain accurate deal and account information in the CRM
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales experience within banking or financial services
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (monthly and quarterly)
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort coordinating across sales engineering and GTM teams
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity
