About the Role

Structured AI is building AI agents that automate QA/QC for construction drawings and models. Our platform helps design and engineering teams check work against building codes, coordination issues, and internal firm standards—capturing expertise that often resides only with senior engineers.

As our first sales hire, you’ll own the earliest enterprise pipeline and work closely with the founders on our most important opportunities. As the enterprise motion proves out, this role will evolve into sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for early enterprise opportunities, from outreach through close
  • Partner directly with the founders to shape targeting, messaging, and deal strategy
  • Build and manage a pipeline focused on architecture, engineering, and construction firms
  • Conduct discovery to understand QA/QC workflows, compliance needs, and internal review standards
  • Coordinate with product and technical stakeholders to support pilots, evaluations, and customer success handoff
  • Contribute to evolving sales playbooks and a repeatable enterprise motion

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing B2B deals, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technical products
  • Strong ability to run discovery, value-based selling, and objection handling
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment with high ownership and fast iteration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with technical teams
  • Experience selling to architecture, engineering, construction, or adjacent industries is a plus
