About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for a temporary assignment to support our sales and customer-facing teams. This role requires a minimum of 4 days onsite per week at our Marlette, Michigan location.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit customer quotations, including price setup, margin review, and quote tracking
- Review contracts and manage Scheduling Agreements, including amendments for pricing changes
- Maintain pricing files and support analysis related to surcharges and rebate agreements
- Review and process account adjustments as needed
- Manage part number data, create BOMs, and communicate special instructions to internal teams
- Maintain customer master data in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate credit approval and credit limit requests with the Finance Department
- Handle RFQs and related customer documentation (e.g., drawings, samples, PPAP) and route items to the right departments
- Provide inside support to sales engineers
- Assist with customer issue resolution and support tracking of won/lost business
Requirements
- Experience supporting sales operations, quoting, or contract/pricing administration
- Strong attention to detail for margin reviews, pricing, and data maintenance
- Comfort working with CRM/ERP systems and pricing/BOM-related documentation
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage customer correspondence
- Professional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
