Territory Manager (Remote) - Hypertension & Aldosterone Therapies

About the Role

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to help expand access to our clinical-stage biopharmaceutical portfolio focused on hypertension and related conditions, including chronic kidney disease (CKD) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). You will represent our mission and support adoption of lorundrostat, our proprietary, orally administered aldosterone synthase inhibitor.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities within your assigned territory to drive awareness and adoption of our therapy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders
• Communicate clinical and product information accurately and consistently
• Support territory planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging

Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or territory management
• Strong ability to engage healthcare professionals and influence outcomes
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer follow-up skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, clinical-stage environment
• Ability to travel as needed within the territory
