Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products and meet targets as outlined in the goal sheet
- Apply marketing strategies to grow product sales
- Provide pre- and post-sales support and services to customers and clients
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners to align with their needs
- Support manpower planning, team coordination, and ongoing development of deliverables
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI
- 0–3 years of prior experience
- Strong professionalism and motivation to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to deliver results in demanding settings
- Willingness to work across locations and travel regularly within the assigned zone/region
- High learning agility and interest in building a long-term sales career
Compensation & Benefits
- INR 9,00,000 per annum (Year 1 fixed: INR 7,00,000)
- Assured bonus: INR 1,00,000 after completing 1 year (performance-based)
- Joining bonus: INR 1,00,000 in the first month’s salary (recoverable if you leave within the first year or if confirmation is not achieved due to performance)
- Year 2: Transition to the sales incentive plan for the respective line of business
