About the Role
Fox Ordering is looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this remote role, you’ll connect with restaurant owners across the United States, understand their operational needs, and recommend technology solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
- Assess customer needs and present tailored solution recommendations
- Build strong relationships, earn trust, and close deals
- Coordinate onboarding steps, including documentation and installation scheduling
- Keep CRM and Excel records accurate and up to date
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or a related role
- Comfortable working with outbound prospecting and high activity targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage pipeline and maintain clean CRM data
