About the Role

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to help advance access to innovative biopharmaceutical treatments for central nervous system (CNS) conditions. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and support the growth of our neuroscience portfolio through effective account planning and field execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned specialty accounts by developing tailored account plans
  • Engage healthcare professionals and decision-makers to support appropriate patient access
  • Communicate product and disease education in alignment with company and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal partners to share insights, track progress, and improve outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for account activity and performance

Requirements

  • Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales or a comparable healthcare field role
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
  • Comfort working independently while partnering cross-functionally
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
