About the Role
Join Trimark to support utility-scale renewable energy projects by creating clear, accurate, and professional documentation for SCADA solutions. Working under the direction of senior leadership and the Product Manager, you’ll translate complex system functionality into control narratives, HMI narratives, operating procedures, and system documentation that teams and customers can rely on.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SCADA engineers, software developers, project managers, and subject matter experts to collect, organize, and document technical information.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as system descriptions, commissioning procedures, user guides, and standard operating documentation.
- Produce customer-facing materials that explain operational workflows and how SCADA systems function in real-world scenarios.
- Review and improve documentation for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and usability across project lifecycles.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure documentation reflects current system behavior and project requirements.
Requirements
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation for complex systems.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally.
- Comfort collaborating with engineers and developers to capture accurate system details.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to documentation quality and consistency.
- Ability to manage documentation updates as systems evolve during commissioning and deployment.
