About the Role
Sur La Table is looking for a Seasonal Chef Instructor, Pastry to serve as our in-store expert and enthusiastic advocate for baking and pastry arts. In this role, you’ll inspire customers through hands-on instruction and share specialized knowledge to help them build confidence in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Deliver #bestincenter service by providing an exceptional customer experience
- Teach baking fundamentals and pastry techniques with clarity and enthusiasm
- Demonstrate skills in-store to support customers’ learning and product discovery
- Help create a welcoming, engaging environment where guests enjoy cooking and sharing food
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques
- Comfort teaching and communicating culinary concepts to a variety of guests
- Passion for food, learning, and delivering excellent in-store experiences
