About the Role
ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support data center initiatives and help engineering teams deliver complex projects. You’ll partner with engineering leaders to coordinate execution, keep programs on track, and drive alignment across technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with engineering leaders to track program progress, risks, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support timely delivery of data center workstreams
- Own program-level planning and status reporting for stakeholders
- Identify risks early and help drive mitigation plans
- Support continuous improvement of program execution processes
Requirements
- Experience managing technical programs, preferably in infrastructure or data center environments
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineering leadership and technical teams
- Proven track record of planning, prioritization, and milestone management
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and risk escalation
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
