About the Role
Microsoft is looking for a Senior AI Business Solutions (ABS) Specialist to help leading enterprise customers accelerate their AI transformation. You’ll partner with organizations across multiple industries to drive strategic engagements, uncover high-impact use cases, and scale repeatable transformation patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior solution sales engagements across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Advance Microsoft’s “Intelligence + Trust” strategy by helping customers unlock value from their data.
- Identify common AI and data transformation patterns and share best practices across customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape solution approaches that modernize business processes.
- Drive business growth by translating customer needs into scalable AI business solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in solution sales or business solutions leadership with enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to identify transformation patterns and apply learnings across industries.
- Experience working with AI, data, and modernization initiatives (industry-agnostic preferred).
- Ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Comfort collaborating with systems integrators and cross-functional partners.
