About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior AI Governance & Platform Operations Engineer to lead the enablement, governance, and day-to-day operationalization of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform AI capabilities across our enterprise M365 ecosystem. This role focuses on running and governing AI platforms at scale—ensuring secure deployment, compliant usage, and effective adoption in a regulated environment.
This is a hands-on position at the intersection of AI platform operations, enterprise governance, vendor management, and change enablement. You’ll help organizations navigate licensing, compliance, and data-security requirements while keeping platform operations reliable and well-governed.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform AI capabilities across the enterprise M365 environment
- Design and maintain governance controls for AI usage, including policy alignment and enforcement
- Partner with IT operations, enterprise architects, Legal, Risk, Information Security, and Procurement to ensure secure and compliant deployments
- Manage vendor and ecosystem considerations related to Microsoft AI tooling and enterprise integrations
- Enable change management and adoption by providing guidance, training, and operational readiness for business stakeholders
- Monitor platform health and operational performance, coordinating improvements with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Copilot and Power Platform operations at enterprise scale
- Proven ability to implement and govern AI platform controls in a compliance- and security-focused environment
- Hands-on technical background with an understanding of data security, privacy, and regulated operations
- Experience coordinating with Legal, Risk, Information Security, and Procurement stakeholders
- Strong vendor management and change enablement skills
