About the Role
BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company and a leading private real estate provider for the life science industry, is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to strengthen how senior leadership, the Board, and investors understand portfolio performance. This role turns leasing, occupancy, and development data into clear, decision-ready insights.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring executive and investor reporting deliverables for portfolio performance
- Conduct ad hoc portfolio analyses to support strategic decisions
- Transform complex leasing, occupancy, and development datasets into actionable reporting
- Partner with internal teams to ensure data quality and timely reporting outputs
- Present findings in a concise, executive-friendly format
Requirements
- Experience in finance, portfolio analytics, or related reporting roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Proficiency with reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel and BI/reporting platforms)
- Comfort working with recurring deadlines and ad hoc requests
- Excellent communication skills for executive and investor audiences
