About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Human Resources to provide onsite, full-service HR support for our facility. This role supports the HR team across the Distribution Center and helps drive strong associate experiences through training, coaching, and timely resolution of workplace concerns.
Responsibilities
- Deliver generalist HR support across the facility
- Assist with administering HR procedures and policies within the Distribution Center
- Support training for associates at all levels
- Help address Open Door, diversity, and other related value concerns
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on interventions, fact-finding, and conflict resolution
- Conduct new-hire orientations
- Provide, monitor, coach, and guide training for Distribution Center Supervisors and non-exempt associates
- Coach teams, encourage discussions, and recommend development opportunities for non-exempt associates and supervisors
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Experience providing HR generalist support (facility or operations environment preferred)
- Comfort handling associate relations topics with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to coordinate and support training and onboarding activities
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with an HR Manager and facility leaders
Work Schedule
- Onsite schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Not eligible for hybrid or remote work
