About the Role
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Benefits and Leave Administrator to lead benefits reconciliation, vendor management, and open enrollment under the direction of the Human Resources Director. This role provides company-wide oversight of benefits administration across Oregon and California, owning leave of absence and ADA compliance for Oregon while serving as the subject matter expert for California.
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide benefits reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely benefits administration
- Manage benefits vendors and coordinate with internal teams to support enrollment and ongoing benefits operations
- Own and execute open enrollment activities, including communications and process coordination
- Oversee leave of absence administration and ADA compliance for Oregon
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in California as the benefits and leave subject matter expert
- Collaborate with HR leadership to maintain consistent benefits processes across both states
Requirements
- Experience administering employee benefits and managing vendor relationships
- Strong working knowledge of leave of absence processes and ADA compliance
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate open enrollment activities
- Comfort partnering with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Ability to manage responsibilities across Oregon and California with attention to detail
