About the Role
WeTravel is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to help turn business data into clear insights that support growth across our end-to-end travel platform. You’ll partner with product and operations teams to understand key questions, improve reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting to track performance and business KPIs
- Translate business needs into analytics requirements and effective data models
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, definitions, and metric consistency
- Support ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting as priorities evolve
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar analytics role with strong reporting and dashboarding skills
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with relational data
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and building stakeholder-ready visuals
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently to non-technical partners
- Comfort working with metrics and ensuring consistent definitions across teams
