About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to lead testing efforts for body and safety systems, helping ensure our vehicles deliver reliable performance and dependable occupant protection.
Responsibilities
- Own test planning and execution for body and safety systems, from requirements through validation
- Develop test procedures, define success criteria, and coordinate data collection and analysis
- Support root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions based on test results
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and cross-functional teams to improve system performance
- Document findings clearly and maintain traceability to requirements
Requirements
- Experience in vehicle testing or validation, with a strong understanding of safety-critical systems
- Proficiency with test instrumentation, data acquisition, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to interpret requirements and translate them into effective test plans
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
