About the Role
Three Sisters Federal is part of the Seneca Nation Group (SNG), a federal government contracting organization supporting mission-critical needs across civilian, defense, and intelligence customers. We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help drive analysis and decision-making that supports our customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Support planning and evaluation activities by producing reports, metrics, and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure findings are implemented effectively
- Maintain organized documentation to support ongoing program and operational needs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with increasing responsibility at senior level
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present recommendations clearly
- Experience working in environments that require accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
