About the Role
Join Reddit’s Ads Business Engineering team during a period of rapid innovation and growth. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, sales, and business development to help technology partners, agencies, and advertisers integrate smoothly with Reddit’s advertising ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that support Ads integrations
- Provide business-focused engineering expertise to help define requirements and drive implementation
- Support technical enablement for agencies and advertisers as they connect products to Reddit
- Collaborate with sales and business development to translate partner needs into actionable engineering plans
- Contribute to continuous improvements across integration workflows and partner experiences
Requirements
- Experience working on technical integrations in an ads, media, or platform environment
- Strong cross-functional communication skills across engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and partner-facing solutions
- Comfort working with APIs, data flows, and system dependencies
