About the Role
Oura is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of our Pigment EPM platform. This is a key role supporting our transition to Pigment as our unified planning system-of-record.
Responsibilities
- Own the Pigment EPM platform and help ensure it meets planning and reporting needs across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and drive adoption.
- Support implementation and ongoing enhancements for planning models, workflows, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and user experience.
- Document processes and maintain clear, maintainable configurations and specifications.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting planning, budgeting, or enterprise performance management systems.
- Hands-on experience with Pigment (or equivalent EPM/CPM tools) and the ability to configure and iterate on planning solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to requirements, data, and process mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and managing priorities independently.
