About the Role
Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for the global AI economy, helping developers and enterprises take projects from data and model training to production—without the burden of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Engineer to support Tavily, the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. In this role, you’ll help design and operate systems that power reliable, high-performance agentic search experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and improve business-critical systems that enable agentic web interaction and search at scale
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product needs into dependable system requirements
- Own system reliability and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Support scalable infrastructure and workflows across data, services, and deployment environments
- Contribute to technical documentation and operational best practices
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining production systems in a fast-moving engineering environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
- Comfort working across the stack, partnering with software and infrastructure teams
- Ability to reason about system behavior and operational trade-offs
- Experience supporting APIs and service-based architectures is a plus
