About the Role
Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is looking for a Senior Channel Commerce Analyst to strengthen reporting and analytics across the Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) authorization ecosystem. In this role, you’ll help ensure leaders have accurate, timely insights to evolve channel strategy and improve partner outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead reporting and analytics for CSP authorization processes to support visibility into channel performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and analytical reporting that enable data-driven decisions
- Partner with Commercial Engineering and internal stakeholders to align reporting to evolving business needs
- Analyze data trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to strengthen the authorization ecosystem
- Support enablement of channel teams by translating analytics into actionable insights
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining reporting/analytics for complex business systems
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and/or data querying tools
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and translating business questions into measurable KPIs
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver timely insights in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
