About the Role
Leland Saylor Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support cost management, cost control, and estimating across client projects. You’ll work closely with our San Francisco Bay Area–based team and apply established U.S. estimating and cost-management practices throughout the full project lifecycle.
This is a hybrid position with on-site work at our Walnut Creek office required 3 days per week. The role is client-facing, so strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop estimating and cost planning deliverables, including producing and presenting the final cost plan
- Partner with design and project teams to support budgeting and cost control efforts
- Assist with cost management activities to help projects stay aligned with planned targets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear, accurate project cost reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in cost management and/or quantity surveying with U.S. estimating practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in a client-facing role
- Work authorization: Visa sponsorship or U.S. citizenship required
Work Location & Schedule
- Hybrid schedule with on-site presence at the Walnut Creek office 3 days per week
- Based with a San Francisco Bay Area team serving U.S.-based clients
