About the Role
Recorded Future is looking for a Senior Customer Success Systems Analyst (Gainsight) to own the day-to-day administration and continual optimization of our Gainsight platform. You’ll support Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams while helping align platform operations with our broader customer success technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Gainsight to ensure it effectively supports customer success workflows
- Manage platform execution for ongoing improvements, enhancements, and operational changes
- Coordinate projects and communicate progress with business leaders, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with Salesforce administrators and the Customer Success Systems Team Lead to maintain alignment across systems
- Monitor platform performance and help drive adoption and best practices across teams
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Gainsight (configuration, administration, and optimization)
- Strong operational execution skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver reliably
- Proven project management experience and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience partnering with Salesforce administrators and related customer success tooling
