About the Role
Axuall is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help turn trusted healthcare workforce data into actionable insights. You’ll work with a team that supports healthcare systems, staffing organizations, telehealth providers, and health plans—improving onboarding, hiring, workforce planning, and provider data accuracy across enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze real-time practitioner and workforce datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that support operational and business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements, validate data, and ensure analytical accuracy
- Support data quality initiatives and help improve the reliability of provider data across systems
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst (senior-level preferred)
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience building analytics outputs such as dashboards and KPI reporting
- Comfort working with healthcare or workforce-related data is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
