About the Role
Join our Operations team as a Senior Data Analytics Engineer. You’ll connect and organize data across the organization to improve visibility into performance and support strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, product, operations, finance, and engineering. This role is ideal for someone with a strong data engineering foundation who enjoys building reliable, business-critical data systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain distributed, business-critical data systems that deliver real-time, dependable data to internal teams and go-to-market tools
- Integrate production backend and data with business platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Intercom, Google Analytics, and Metabase
- Work with data warehouse and/or data lake environments to organize and manage large-scale datasets
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to move, transform, and prepare data for analytics and reporting
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance for high-volume workflows (including notification-scale event volumes)
Requirements
- Experience in data engineering and analytics engineering, including building data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Strong background integrating data across multiple business systems and tools
- Experience with data warehousing/lake concepts and scalable data organization
- Ability to design distributed systems that support near real-time or reliable data access
