About the Role
Procare Solutions is looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead multiple platforms at a pivotal stage of growth. You will own product strategy and execution across two key areas—one platform serving SMB customers and another supporting enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities
- Set and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for SMB and enterprise platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver platform capabilities that improve safety, compliance, communication, and learning experiences
- Lead discovery and prioritization to align customer needs with business goals
- Own metrics and outcomes for product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful launches
- Manage stakeholder communication and help shape product direction with leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product organizations or platform product teams
- Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear roadmaps
- Experience working across SMB and enterprise environments
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving growth environment with measurable outcomes
