About the Role
Care Access is building a healthier future by bringing research and health services to communities that face barriers to care. As a Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst, you’ll help turn enterprise data into clear performance insights that support better decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards for stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, measurement approaches, and success criteria
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings
- Support performance reviews by preparing analyses, summaries, and executive-ready materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance analysis, analytics, or related reporting roles
- Strong proficiency with data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding
- Experience working with KPI frameworks and translating business questions into measurable metrics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
