About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Senior Event Experiential Manager to plan, organize, and deliver high-impact brand events and activations. You’ll create emotionally engaging experiences that strengthen cultural relevance while supporting key business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end experiential marketing efforts, from strategy and planning through onsite execution
- Develop event concepts and experiential elements designed to resonate with target audiences
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Oversee vendors, production partners, and onsite logistics to ensure smooth event operations
- Manage event details and quality standards to deliver consistent brand experiences
- Evaluate event performance and use insights to improve future activations
Requirements
- Proven experience leading experiential marketing or event programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand goals into engaging, audience-first experiences
- Experience coordinating vendors and executing onsite event plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
