About the Role
Lucid is building exceptional mobility experiences by combining advanced technology with a software-defined vehicle approach. We’re looking for a Senior Field Quality Engineer to support ADAS quality execution and ensure field performance meets our uncompromising standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate ADAS quality concerns arising from field data, customer feedback, and service reports.
- Lead containment and corrective action efforts with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
- Support root-cause analysis and drive durable fixes across hardware, software, and validation processes.
- Coordinate field observations and verification activities to confirm effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Communicate status, risks, and learnings to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive quality engineering with a focus on field reliability and issue resolution.
- Strong knowledge of ADAS systems and the validation/diagnostics lifecycle.
- Proficiency with data-driven troubleshooting and root-cause methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to drive closure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates and technical reporting.
