About the Role
National Life Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Investment Management team. NLG Capital, the investment management company of NLG, manages more than $40 billion in assets under management and helps ensure long-term financial strength for the families we serve.
Responsibilities
- Analyze investment and financial performance to support investment management decisions
- Prepare reporting and financial analyses for stakeholders across the organization
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis related to investment activities
- Assist with data gathering, modeling, and documentation to improve reporting accuracy
- Partner with internal teams to identify insights and help drive process improvements
Requirements
- Strong background in financial analysis and investment-related reporting
- Experience working with financial data, spreadsheets, and analytical tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a collaborative environment
