About the Role
Turner Construction is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Operational Finance in our Kansas City office. In this role, you’ll help translate business performance into actionable insights that support major commercial construction initiatives and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned business areas
- Partner with operations and leadership to explain results and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate financial models and support decision-making with clear, well-documented analysis
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, operational finance, FP&A, or a related finance role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights
- Proficiency with financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with cross-functional teams
