About the Role
Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to help drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights across our growing healthcare organization. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes and patient access to quality medications.
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze financial performance and variances, translating results into clear insights for leadership
- Build and maintain reporting models, dashboards, and analytical tools
- Partner with operations and functional leaders to track KPIs and operational drivers
- Support month-end close activities and financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, cost visibility, and profitability
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights to non-finance partners
- Experience with budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment supporting organizational growth
