About the Role
Scout Motors is looking for a Senior Specialist to help strengthen our HR compliance posture and streamline HR processes. In this role, you’ll support governance and day-to-day operational effectiveness by ensuring HR practices align with applicable laws, policies, and internal standards.
Responsibilities
- Support HR compliance activities by monitoring requirements and helping maintain adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to resolve compliance-related questions and reduce operational risk.
- Help maintain accurate HR records and support audits or compliance reviews as needed.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance consistency, efficiency, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience in HR compliance, HR operations, or a closely related HR function.
- Working knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance best practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to document processes clearly and drive improvements in a fast-moving environment.
