About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect to serve as the technical and strategic lead across client engagements. In this client-facing role, you’ll own the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to planning and delivery oversight—ensuring the right outcomes for each business.

You’ll lead complex discovery, design scalable HubSpot solutions, and align customer goals with CRM architecture and execution plans. This is a senior individual contributor position with significant responsibility and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical ownership and strategic support for client engagements, guiding stakeholders from discovery through delivery
  • Run complex discovery processes and translate business needs into HubSpot solution designs
  • Design scalable CRM and HubSpot architectures that support long-term system integrity
  • Partner with consultants, automation engineers, and developers in an agile delivery environment (sprints and epics)
  • Set standards for solution quality, technical design, and system performance across engagements
  • Provide delivery oversight to ensure builds match the intended design and requirements
  • Step in hands-on when needed to validate implementation details and maintain technical accuracy

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience designing and delivering HubSpot CRM solutions (architecture and implementation oversight)
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and scalable system design principles
  • Proven experience leading technical discovery and translating business requirements into solution plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery process
  • Client-facing communication skills and confidence presenting technical strategy and recommendations
  • Experience working with automation workflows and integrations in the HubSpot ecosystem
