About the Role
IRCA Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a multi-site manufacturing environment in Affton, MO. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to strengthen people programs, align HR strategy with business goals, and help teams perform at their best.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to site and functional leaders across multiple locations
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Drive HR programs related to performance management, employee relations, and engagement
- Partner with recruiting and operations leaders to improve hiring, onboarding, and retention outcomes
- Recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen HR service delivery
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including employee relations and performance processes
- Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- HR analytics and strong problem-solving capabilities
