About the Role
Roku is seeking a senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to strengthen and evolve how our teams manage secure access across the TV streaming ecosystem. You’ll help build reliable identity capabilities that support internal users and systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve IAM systems and access workflows
- Partner with engineering and security stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions
- Support integration of identity services with platforms, applications, and infrastructure
- Drive operational excellence through monitoring, incident support, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to automation and tooling that improves security and developer efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience building and operating identity and access management solutions
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
- Experience working with enterprise identity systems and access controls
- Ability to troubleshoot complex security and access issues
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical teams
