About the Role
Roku is looking for a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to strengthen how we secure access across our platforms. In this role, you’ll help design and improve identity systems that support a fast-growing streaming ecosystem and protect customer and internal resources.
Responsibilities
- Enhance IAM capabilities by improving authentication, authorization, and access control workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate identity services into existing platforms and applications
- Design secure solutions that align with organizational standards and industry best practices
- Monitor IAM systems and troubleshoot access issues to maintain reliable, secure operations
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement for identity-related infrastructure
Requirements
- Senior-level experience building and operating identity and access management systems
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
- Experience with security-focused engineering practices and threat-aware design
- Ability to collaborate across teams and translate requirements into technical solutions
