About the Role
Roku is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to join our Indirect Procurement team within Operations in San Jose. In this role, you’ll help drive sourcing and procurement strategies that support Roku’s growth and help enable teams across the company to deliver an exceptional experience for TV streamers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for indirect categories, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation support and ongoing performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant purchasing decisions.
- Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve procurement effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
