About the Role
Northmarq is looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to support our Production Debt + Equity team in our Atlanta office. You’ll work alongside a high-performing origination production group, helping analyze and support commercial real estate investment opportunities across debt and equity strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support origination efforts by analyzing deal opportunities and investment performance
- Assist with underwriting and financial modeling for commercial real estate transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate risk, structure, and key deal assumptions
- Help prepare materials and support decision-making for production activities
- Contribute to ongoing reporting and portfolio or transaction analysis as needed
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate finance, investment analysis, or related underwriting roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel and the ability to work with complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills to support cross-team collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
