About the Role
Northmarq is looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to join our Production Debt + Equity team in the West Palm Beach office. You’ll support an active origination production group while contributing to investment analysis across debt and equity opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with underwriting and investment analysis for commercial real estate debt and equity transactions
- Support origination efforts by evaluating deal opportunities, risks, and potential returns
- Prepare and maintain financial models, summaries, and supporting materials for internal review
- Collaborate with team members across production to ensure timely, accurate information
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices within the investment team
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate finance, investment analysis, or related capital markets work
- Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to analyze deal performance
- Excellent analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Professional communication skills for internal collaboration and reporting
