About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and deliver high-quality software aligned with our internal technology roadmap. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your work from implementation through testing and support, ensuring features ship on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and build new product features and platform improvements for our core system
- Work on complex problems across multi-threading, networking, financial messaging APIs, and client use cases
- Support architectural decisions when needed
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners to translate requirements into reliable solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience building applications with Java
- Proficiency with concurrent/multi-threaded programming and networking concepts
- Experience integrating or working with APIs, ideally including message-driven or financial workflows
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a small team
- Good communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and drive delivery
