About the Role
ICON is scaling manufacturing operations for the Titan printer platform and building the cost accounting infrastructure to support that growth. As a Senior Manager of Project & Cost Accounting, you’ll lead high-impact work across manufacturing cost accounting and project accounting—helping ensure our financial reporting keeps pace with operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing cost accounting processes, including inventory, WIP, COGS, and standard cost accounting for hardware production
- Lead project accounting activities such as revenue recognition, project-level P&Ls, and WIP schedule management for ICON’s construction business
- Partner with Operations and segment leaders to translate operational activity into accurate, timely financial results
- Design, implement, and continuously improve accounting processes to support scale and complexity
- Drive reliable close execution by ensuring costs and project reporting are accurate and audit-ready
Requirements
- Experience owning or leading cost accounting and/or project accounting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting concepts (inventory, WIP, COGS, standard costs)
- Experience with revenue recognition and project financial reporting (project P&Ls)
- Ability to manage complex schedules and ensure reporting aligns to operational data
- Strong communication skills and comfort serving as a trusted business partner
