About the Role
Fin is seeking a Senior or Principal Demo Engineer to help showcase how our AI Customer Agent delivers exceptional, always-on customer support. You’ll work closely with sales and product partners to turn customer needs into compelling demos that demonstrate real-world impact across support, sales, and ecommerce.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously improve demo experiences that reflect customer workflows and outcomes
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective demo narratives
- Configure and integrate demo environments with minimal friction while maintaining reliability and quality
- Support pre-sales activities including technical discovery, demo preparation, and live presentations
- Collect feedback from prospects and internal teams to refine demo content and performance
Requirements
- Experience building technical demos or proof-of-concepts for software platforms
- Strong understanding of AI-driven customer support workflows and/or conversational AI systems (preferred)
- Proficiency with integrations and system setup (APIs, data flows, and tooling)
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments and iterating quickly based on feedback
