About the Role
Lightning AI—behind PyTorch Lightning—is building an end-to-end platform to help teams move AI ideas from research to production with less friction. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape experiences across experimentation, training, and production inference in a developer-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-impact product experiences for complex AI workflows
- Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to define problems and craft solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Champion usability, accessibility, and design system consistency across the product
- Gather feedback, iterate quickly, and support design decisions with evidence
Requirements
- Strong experience designing product interfaces and end-to-end user journeys
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment
- Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, visual design, and problem-solving
