About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Product Manager for Clinician Experience. You’ll help deliver clinician-facing AI product capabilities to major health systems, balancing innovation with real-world clinical constraints. This role is deeply cross-functional, partnering with engineering, machine learning, clinical experts, design, and teams that support external partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the clinician product experience, including intake summaries, AI-generated patient context, review and override workflows, and documentation support tools
- Drive the end-to-end encounter workflow—from AI-gathered context to clinical decision support and documentation
- Define trust and explainability mechanics that help clinicians understand and confidently act on AI outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product workflows fit into already overloaded clinical environments
Requirements
- Proven product management experience delivering healthcare or clinician-facing workflows
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, ML, design, and clinical teams
- Experience translating user needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Comfort operating in complex, regulated, and safety-critical settings
