About the Role
Freeform is building AI-native manufacturing systems that connect software, hardware, and physics to help teams design and scale industrial parts faster than ever. We also develop our own ERP software, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy for our enterprise system as we scale.
In this role, you’ll help ensure our ERP supports high-throughput factory operations, accelerates customer demand across technology verticals, and manages the growing complexity of manufacturing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the ERP product roadmap and translate business goals into clear product outcomes
- Define requirements for digital traceability, end-to-end data integrity, and compliance workflows
- Partner with engineering and operations to prioritize features that support unique part lifecycle needs
- Manage stakeholders across teams to align on scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Continuously improve workflows based on user feedback, operational data, and system performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with strong ownership of enterprise software products
- Familiarity with ERP concepts and lifecycle workflows (traceability, data integrity, compliance)
- Ability to work with complex systems and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to prioritization and execution
