About the Role
Fivetran is on a mission to make data access as simple and reliable as electricity. As part of the Fivetran and dbt Labs partnership, we’re building the data infrastructure layer that helps teams move, transform, and trust their data—from ingestion through transformation and into the context AI systems rely on.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives in observability and monitoring, helping customers maintain reliable data pipelines and quickly understand system health.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for observability and monitoring experiences
- Partner with engineering, design, and customer teams to identify needs and prioritize improvements
- Translate customer and operational insights into clear requirements, success metrics, and iterative delivery plans
- Drive discovery through research, data analysis, and experimentation to improve reliability and usability
- Own cross-functional execution and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven product management experience delivering observability, reliability, or monitoring capabilities
- Strong ability to turn complex technical concepts into customer-focused product plans
- Experience partnering with engineering teams and managing end-to-end product delivery
- Comfort using metrics to evaluate performance, reliability, and customer impact
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders
